We were extremely impressed with the excellent communication, professionalism, timeliness and quality of the products Wisco offered. They did what they said they’d do, in the manner they said they would, in a timely fashion during a time when customer service has seemed to be a lost art and quality products don’t exist. Even having to reschedule due to the extremely cold temps and knowing the temps wouldn’t properly allow for proper cure times when we were initially available, they worked with us to find a suitable time that worked for all. Tim, Brad and Jake were great to work with and Stephanie make coordinating easy. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I needed to have all my windows, trim, a storm door, and my sliding glass door replaced, so I got seven quotes. By a wide margin, Shane from Wisco was the most professional, least abrasive, and overall best in terms of customer service. I already knew exactly what I wanted, and Shane respected that. He didn’t use any pressure tactics to upsell me on things I didn’t need or want. I found their price, warranty, and installation scheduling to be exactly where they needed to be. After the installation was complete, we noticed that something had been damaged during shipping. Wisco immediately ordered a replacement without hesitation. Brad and his team handled the installation, and they did a fantastic job. They didn’t leave behind a mess—inside or out—and were patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. Finally, Stephanie has been great to work with for scheduling and answering any additional questions I’ve had. I highly recommend Wisco over any of the other six local companies (without naming names).

Just had the backdoor on my house in Edgerton replaced. The two guys that worked on it, Brad and Jacob I believe, were on time first thing in the morning. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Got done within a few hours. Stephanie has been talking to me and scheduled all the work for my house to be done. Extremely helpful and very responsive. This company is absolutely amazing!!! I was in a very difficult situation. I had hail damage on my roof and my old insurance company dropped me and wouldn’t cover it. I typed in on google looking for places with financing available Yelp sent my information to Wisco roofing, they called me right away and set up appointment for free appraisal for the same week. Very professional, I explained my situation, said he said let’s look into financing. I was approved amazingly right away.. They came and found a-lot of damage, went over options and very honest with whole process and fixed it 100% and amazingly finish my roof on house and garage in two days. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this family owned local business to anyone needing their roof done, they care about people and their situations.

Matt and Tim were amazing to work with. We had a really old roof, and they did a thorough job of investigating the full scope of work so there were no surprises. The cost was fair and transparent.The crew was efficient, polite, and went above and beyond to address questions and concerns about the structural integrity of the roof. We plan on working with them to redo the siding on the house in the future. They all made a potentially stressful experience easy and pleasant in all aspects. Recently had roof, gutter guards and roof vents done by Wisco. Marshall was our initial point of contact, who was incredibly professional and thorough. His initial eval consisted of checking the attics, roof and gutters. This was followed by an even more thorough presentation with pictures of troublesome spots for the quote. He even helped compare contracts from other roofing companies. During the install he remained vigilant with communication and updates. He was always available for text or phone call and happy to address any concerns that arose. Overall very smooth process with great customer service. Would highly recommend
